2. What this site is

arqellio.click is an advertising page by Arqellio about the Arqellio tracker card. No purchase or payment happens here: the form only lets an advisor call you back.

3. Placing an order

• You leave your name, phone and city. Free and with no obligation.
• An advisor confirms availability for your PIN code and tells you the price, delivery cost and time, and payment options.
• An order exists only once you expressly agree; a written summary is then sent to you.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Delivery cost is stated separately before you confirm.

5. Payment

Payment options are given on the call. Arqellio never asks for card details through this page.

7. Cancellation & returns

You may cancel before dispatch at no cost. If the product arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, we replace it or refund you, delivery included. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply; the window and steps are confirmed in writing with your order.

8. Warranty

The card carries a warranty against manufacturing defects, set out in writing with your order.

9. Responsible use

Arqellio is for locating your own belongings. Using it to track a person without consent is prohibited. The location shown is the last recorded one and depends on your phone's Bluetooth; Arqellio does not replace basic precautions if your wallet is stolen.
